This year will be dedicated to getting my endurance speed back. Want to run a fast marathon this year and qualify for Boston in my new age group.


Received awesome news from Gu Energy Labs and Skechers Performance Shoes. I will again be apart of their ambassador athlete programs*. Excited to continue my relationship with these companies. Skechers Performance Shoes are continuing to make their mark with performance minded athletes and shoe improvement/innovation. I am having great success with training and injury prevention with their GoRun series. My injuries  this time stem for too much too fast too soon. I can’t train or race without my fuel. Gu is my choice;  Roctane, Chomps and regular Gu gels get me to the finish line every time.
